Looking at putting a Viper kit on my 1.8, had a K&N on my 1.6 and sound was good!! Now i want more sound (from the engine) and better performance.
Or does any one know a better sealed induction kit to get that gives good sound and performance??
Cheers!

standard airbox with larger air intake is the best way. Induction kits are a waste on N/A cars

back in ye olde days when i had a escort GTi the club i was with had a RR day, i had a K&N, another lad had a viper that cost 3 times as much, other than induction kit and exhaust the cars were identical no engine mods etc, mine beat him by 0.2bhp
both cars made pretty much standard power so really, don't waste your money.
