Default my new runabout (not a ford)

hi everyone, picked up a new runabout this week.

just thought id show you my new runabout

never really took an interest in these but it came up cheap and i thought i would give it a try, never really been keen on french cars, my mate had a saxo vtr which totally fell to bits so it kinda put me off french but i thought i would give this a try..then least ive owned one.

i think these have a better image than the saxo vtr,vts equivilant.

206 gti (140)

came up pretty cheap and drives superb, leccy sunroof all the toys on it quite a pokey lil motor. 70k with fully stamped book, full mot. tidy car

smart looking everyday car until my sierra's finished

they're alright for daily hacks, i have the 206 xsi 1.6, only 110bhp though, properly slow compared to our others (170bhp bora tdi and zetec turbo xr2), but it's only broken down due to cam belt tearing to bits, but easily fixed.
just watch out for rear callipers going crap with handbrake and engine mounts snapping on drivers side.

I think they look alright, specially with the later 16" wheels and a subtle drop... but not sure I could actually get to the point of opening my own wallet and buying one to use as a reliable daily drive.

Cheers,
Grant

I had a black 140 on a 51.

Got it for a right bargain, only gave 600 quid for it. Needed a passenger wing but came with 180 seats and wheels. And I put the 180 breaks on.

Was a good little motor. Preferred it to our current fiesta st tbh.
