Cocky people in fast cars............
...............that can't fucking drive!!! 
Went shopping earlier and while I was waiting in traffic at some traffic lights, a young guy in Merc E65 AMG pulled up next to me and started looking at my car (mk3 Golf GTI lowered on 18" BBS rims) and laughed at me. He looked like a complete cock with his seat reclined so far back he was almost laying down and sitting so low down, you could barely see his shoulders. He was also wearing a jumper that looked like a novelty Christmas one!
I just pointed at him and laughed back and that just seemed to piss him off!!
He then started revving his engine all the way to the limiter repeatedly before we finally moved off. He was stuck behind an ambulance which he then cut up the car in front of me to get past, then cut the ambulance up and slowed right down. The car in front of me pulled in to the inside lane and I accelerated up to the speed limit (70 mph on this bit of road) and went past the retard in the Merc.
At this point he decides it'd be good idea to stick on my bumper and try to push me up the road all the while laughing at me and calling me a wanker! WTF!! I'm in a 2.0 8V Golf with 115 bhp at best FFS!! Why would I try to race a 400+ horsepower car knowing it'd kick my arse?!!
I was getting pissed of at this point so seeing as I know that bit of road well and there was nothing else about, I put my foot down and went for it, I know I shouldn't have but I did.
On the straights he was shitloads faster as you'd expect but as soon as he came to a bend (very easy bends) he backed right off to the point I was a good few car lengths in front and then when we got on the straight, virtually touching my bumper again!! I was flat out round the corners and the Merc with a decent driver, even though it is a heavy old motor should have pasted me.
Pulled into Tescos and he followed me in, pulled up next to me asking me 'you think you're good innit, let's go again'!!!
I just told him to piss off to which he got out of the car as if to have a row (probably to look hard in front of his pals in the car) so I got out. He then jumped back in his Merc, called me a pussy and sped off crashing into and bouncing over a kerb in the car park. Wanker!!
Now, I don't claim to be a brilliant driver but I do like my fast cars and I like having a play in my car when the time is right but I can't understand why some people with nice performance cars have to act like total cunts!! I don't get why matey had to try and prove he had a better car than me!!

I had it the other day with some lad's in an Audi RS4 Saloon. I was looking at the Audi whilst we were in a queue of traffic. I like the RS4 as much as most do. They clocked me looking, and promptly turned the stereo up and reclined further in their seats than I thought was technically possible. All four of them (at best they were 7 stone each with stupid little goatee's and skinny fuckin gormless looks on their faces) glared at me like I had done something to them. There is no need, is there ? It then accelerated towards the car in front of them so hard (it did sound good) that I thought the golden tissue box on the rear shelf was going to go through the rear window.

Had this years ago in my scooby estate against an Audi tt 3.2 thing,the cunt was clearly trying to impress the 18yr old fat slag in the passenger seat.
I was checking his car out as it looked pretty sat on nice rims etc when I heard him say "watch this" and wave the cheeky prick waved "bye bye" to me.
Firstly this was silly as whatever people think of imprezas they are quick cars in turbo form plus being 4wd they do grip well,short gearing means you do need something pretty rapid to blow one away up to a ton,surely this guy driving a decent looking motor should have known this?
Mine being imported and the slightly lighter SA model with a new turbo and stainless exhaust was probably sitting at 240bhp so not slow but I was genuinely surprised how much quicker it was than the Audi which are a bit more powerful but heavier.
The look on the cunts face was worth it as he was well and truly beaten but as is usual in these situations the little grin from the slag in the passenger seat usually makes it even more worthwhile.
Great cars for grin factors and surprising people years ago were the UNO turbos,mine was debadged,no arch kit and just looked like a slightly lower UNO with alloys on it.
I had a ridiculous race once from Swansea to Neath with a big old merc who cheekily tried to flash me out of his way.
Give him his dues he kept coming but the little fiat just kept blowing him away,he did start gaining at a ton plus but luckily the roads weren't really capable of a lot more at that time of the day.
I started turning into the college road and noticed this merc trying to cut through traffic to catch me up,shitting myself thinking it was an off duty bobby I started driving sensibly to which he launched past me and turned into the staff carpark.
I thought it best that day to park elsewhere!!!
I found out a few months later the guy was a motor vehicle lecturer and had spent the next few days asking the students as to what had been done to the car as he wasn't happy he'd been beaten by a shitty little italian shopping trolley,a lad in motor vehicle knew a boy on my apprenticeship course so this was how i found out.he had even been researching the UNO turbo online to see what it was all about.

Had some bullcrap situ coming home from corwall last week. Raining hard i,m in the outside lane cruising safely at 70-75 traffic all going along together. The Merc behind the car behind me was close to them, then slips it middle lane racing to get in front of me now to cut across. I without trying closed his gap just enough to stop him making silly monouvers .
Then this middle aged numpty with his wife decided to park on my bumper at 75mph, pissing down with rain i,m in an 1997 318 bmw he,s car new merc diesel.
Pulled into middle lane and gave the biggest hand signs known to man , i,m screamin at his mrs barely lookin at me ...........and for what ..................for me to catch him up 5 miles down the road up the boot of another......Guess what happened next........Yep i,ve sandwiched him for miles , on his bumper giving him what he was doin.
Fumin i was as this twat only wanted to cruise at 80 after all that.
What a cock i dont get it , i was more mature at 18 than this middle aged car wannabe bully lol.
Ya gotta hate these twats so i let em know
they deserved it.

Some bloke in an 'AMG' Merc (well, it said AMG on the back, didn't go like one though ) Tried it on with my battered drift 200sx a while ago. I look pretty young too, so he probably thought I had no idea and clearly didn't know what the car was. Once mine came on boost, it happily showed him up! He wasn't best pleased.

Is a pain in the backside, the ones that bug me are the ones that are up your arse in 30 zones as if they want to be doing 40+ or summit and then you hit a 70 limit and they don't go near 70.
On a different not I was doing a nice speed down the road yesterday, faster than other cars as it appens, and some aresehole in an estate decides to swerve toward me as I was overtaking...fair enough if you don't want to drive quick just makes you a prick trying to "scare me" or something.

central day coming home i was in the series 1 zvh efi,my friends behind in a series 1 and a focus st driving normally 60mph on a dual carriageway by no means booting it just steady drive home,
look in my mirror as you do and all 3 of us in convoy i assessed a leon cupra 240hp version with centre pipe screaming up lane 2, the road dropped off into a 1 lane and with the speed he ws going i knew he was going to cut me up at the very hatching detail (im at the front),
anyway i tickled the throttle to stop him doing this as he would have showered my car in road/stone debris so he had to brake and then was sandwiched between 2 s1 turbos.
came into a village he was stuck on my bumper all through the 30 doing the speed limit then as soon as the national speed limit sign came up he was itching to get by so i waited till he started to nail it past me this point i dropped the s1 down a gear and pulled away pretty well and gained a good 60-70 metre i just thought it was rude to try to cut us up and deserved to be embarrased that he has been shown up by a b plate escort,
my mate in the s1 behind me found it rather funny and also reckoned he deserved it!

Got hassle of a spanner in a M3 on the M25... Escos a pretty conspicuous car fair enough, but he was following me for a couple miles flashing. I lit up through a tunnel then he tried sticking on my bumper, I'd not left 4th gear... I moved middle lane & backed up to 80 odd then he dropped some cogs & tried screaming off... I could smell clutch lol, think he went 5th to 3rd, didn't get far anyway.
I hovered round 90 unti he slowed down again, he drew level I heard him rev up again so I booted. Won't say the speeds but he was losing ground easy after 100, I slowed down again let him pass at my speed & smirked for all I was worth... look on his face, like he had dogshit on his top lip. I lol'd

Dangerous driving like above examples on motorways really REALLY fuck me off. When people want to sit inches from your bumper at motorway speeds and try to cut you up, race you etc. Fucking scares the shit out of me and I generally just get out of the way because there is no way I will play or entertain a selfish clueless twat who is an accident waiting to happen.
Something similar to me happened a couple years back with my MK1 Focus (1.8 zetec that was cammed, produced about 150bhp) coming home. There was some fat tart in a Golf GTi and this Asian dude in a E46 330ci convert. These two were tailgating everyone and I was doing 40mph all the way and I had this fat tart up my arse and this BMW behind her. I'd had enough of her tailgating up to a point and promptly shoved it into second and roared off. This BMW driver then overtook her and then undertook me and cut me up at the lights and then proceeded to wave and gesture at me. A couple of years ago, on a trip upto pick up my stepson, trundling down the A1, sitting in the 2nd lane in a queue of traffic overtaking a couple of cars. Anyway, looking in my mirror I notice the car behind me pull in, only to be replaced by an Audi A4, flashing his lights etc, gesturing to move out the way, which does tend to piss me off, I won't take the bait, but I will stick at the speed I'm doing and be a pain in the arse, take my time to move over etc. So, this Audi comes past, 2 asian blokes in it, passenger givin gestures etc, just laughed as he screamed off.
After a few miles, the traffic slows to a crawl, and after a few mins of stop start, I notice blue lights ahead, and as we pass them, the very same Audi sits in the 2nd lane, parked in the back of a van...
In the past, in my mis spent youth, I would have brake tested someone who sat on my bumper.... Tap the brake, just enough to flash the brake lights, if they didnt back off, I'd brake, just enough to scrub off some speed, but enough they'd need to react pretty sharpish.
After a few miles, the traffic slows to a crawl, and after a few mins of stop start, I notice blue lights ahead, and as we pass them, the very same Audi sits in the 2nd lane, parked in the back of a van...

I had this earlier today driving along a A road at 50 ish then a van comes screaming up behind me with full beam on so cant see naff all out of the rear view window, so I start driving like miss daisy then the horn starts going and still wont overtake me even though the opposite side of the rd is clear, went on for about 2 mins and I approached some red lights, so as I stopped I undo the seat belt ready for a big off, get to the guys drivers door im fuming with gritted teeth thinking WTF he then leans out of the window waving a number plate so I freeze look back at my car and see my number plate missing, guy had simply seen it fall off and picked it up and chased me to return in his van, to say I felt like a total dick was a understatement = lesson learnt
, now if it had been a AA van in watford or a RAC one in oxhey the area it may have given the game away, so deep breaths are called for in the future

another thing ive noticed everyone can be tarred with the same brush, i got some gestures from a cyclist and all i was doing was overtaking a lorry accelerating to 70 mph in the supra yesterday, i guess the noise and look makes it seems like its doing 100+ mph but i wasnt at all just overtaking a lorry normally, well accelerating to 70 mph with 700 hp but not speeding or dangerous driving.

Had some situations as in the first post.
Most of the foreign people over here are that kind of. They drive big new BMW/Mercs /Audis mostly for posing around and arent really petrolhead who appreciate a well done car.
And if you leave them at the lights, they take it pretty serious and are rather pissed.
And if it`s a shonky old saff it doenst make them happier

funny this thread came up,
central day coming home i was in the series 1 zvh efi,my friends behind in a series 1 and a focus st driving normally 60mph on a dual carriageway by no means booting it just steady drive home,
look in my mirror as you do and all 3 of us in convoy i assessed a leon cupra 240hp version with centre pipe screaming up lane 2, the road dropped off into a 1 lane and with the speed he ws going i knew he was going to cut me up at the very hatching detail (im at the front),
anyway i tickled the throttle to stop him doing this as he would have showered my car in road/stone debris so he had to brake and then was sandwiched between 2 s1 turbos.
came into a village he was stuck on my bumper all through the 30 doing the speed limit then as soon as the national speed limit sign came up he was itching to get by so i waited till he started to nail it past me this point i dropped the s1 down a gear and pulled away pretty well and gained a good 60-70 metre i just thought it was rude to try to cut us up and deserved to be embarrased that he has been shown up by a b plate escort,
my mate in the s1 behind me found it rather funny and also reckoned he deserved it!

not all of them are bad i remember coming down the m6 heading back from stoke there was a lambo in the middle lane with a shitty 1.6 focus all over its back end , he moved into the slow lane and the focus swung in behind him still all over its back end , he moved back out to over take a few lorrys then moved back in ,at this point the focus is swerving left to right across the hard sholder and half into the middle lane accelerating and then slaming on the brakes before he hit the lambo . . .this went on for around 4 - 5 miles and the bloke in the lambo had no choice but to burn off and get away from the focus . . . focus driver was a fuckin chaved up prick with vicky polard and her cronies in the car and he was doin it to try and make him self look good what a dick !!

Why do i never get these situations been driving 50 years & not once have i had a jealous guy in a AMG give me shite . There was a guy at work did the same commute as me, every day he was cut up, undertaken, nearly lost his life to this & that going to kill at least one person most days. I did that commute 25 years never had a problem. It was in his young mind.
3 people have recently come on my website to say i have 'dusted them' . Ive never raced anyone in my Cossie its all in there mind cos i was travelling faster than they could go. Another told my son 'he had blown my doors off' must admit i didnt feel the draft again its a young mind .
Believe me no guy with an expensive car is worried about you lot. He try's to avoid chavs who are going to knock shite out of him cos he owns a fast car & therefore must be cocky..
