Hello,

Right i have tried to pay my fine with about 5 different number and everyone has give me a different number! I rang 101 and spoke to a lady who also has no idea how to pay!

It has to be paid by Monday and ive not had the money till today when i got home from work! i got told the number on the back is open till 5 everyday and its only till 3:30! WHAT? Who ever gets home that time everyday i envy you!

What a shit and useless service they have! Some numbers just hang up on me after i tried to talk to someone!

phone up and pay on debit card if you can or ask for their bank name, sort code account name and number, then ask what ref you need for a bacs transfer, walk into any their bank branches and pay with CASH! keep receipt! JOB done!

Well ive sent a chaque now. But i was asking everyone on the phone and no one knew how to pay! Call here, call there!

They was asking for me a 16 digit code or and 3 digit code! Ive got none!
