I'd say you got lucky!

 

If it was your own car you should be fine because they have to send the NIP to the registered keeper in 14 days.

If you didn't have the registered keeper info up to date at DVLA, or it was a company vehicle you can still get done for some time to come. So long as the paperwork is sent to the registered keeper within 14 days there is no timetable for them to send to the named individual after that.

Mine took 3 months to come...

 

I am the reg keeper of the car have been since feb this year i think i will give it another 2 weeks before i will say i got away with it lol,like i said tho i am pretty sure on the second flash the light was green so maybe this is why i have not heard anything
