It's not on top the leak is it and running down, looks like what mine was doing wilky and that was my engine was a heavy breather . Try cleaning your breathers out dude

thanks for the replies
its a GT2860RS was brand new when i bought it and only started running it last august.
there is no oil on top of the turbo at all and like i said there is no smoke from the exhaust

just remembered something
when replacing the oil drain the 1st time it had a slight kink in it which fired oil everywhere
would this of gone back in the turbo and blow the seal?
