I really am disappointed with Ford idea of styling the interior.. And I hate the rear lights.

It doesnt even remotely resemble a Focus imo.

 

What resembles a focus other than the car itself.

 

I think there really smart and ford have kicked thereselves up the arse to provide and nice cabin for the driver.

Seen a zetec s model in silver the other day with the extra skirtings and loved it.

Days are long gone where a company just tweaks the little bits here and there and calls it the new model, they have to stay ahead of the game to get repeat custom for those that have money to change there car every year or two.

Luckily im in the bracket where i can afford them when there old and getting rusty .......

 

I actually quite like them. The only model in the previous shape that looks good is the RS, the basic versions look like a bloated up puffer fish. I think these new models look good already. The front bumper with those large triangulations looks a bit WRC almost. You've got to remember that's a rep mobile there.

I reckon an RS version of the new model will be quite smart.

 

Won't the RS be a 5 door like the rest of the range though?

Surely there won'be a 3 door for the RS/ST models only ?

 

I think it's a very good looking car! Shame the ST has a horrible front end imo.

Not Ford's best effort but I bet it's just as good, maybe better, than the mk1 and mk2 to drive

 

They drive well though and even though the hand brake looks like you have a walking stick it works alott easier than the early focus

I'm tempted to get one but Not sure I need a 220 quid a month bill for the new 1.0 fox engine version that much

i ordered a zetec s 182 ps on sat i have to wait 16 to 22 weeks for delivery cant wait

 

As is having a finance payment of 220 a month for one is what puts me off as in 2 years it will prob be worth 8kish which is depreciating by around 40 quid a week

 

I like them.There is some clever technology on these focus.es.

 

I think they look shit and saw one the other day that was also white but it just looked shit! Hate the dash with a passion! Even the crease in the sides like its had a accident.

I loved my mk1 and mk2 but i dont think ill ever buy a mk3.

Only good bit is the front has a splitter kinda like a Audi!

For that reason... Im out!

 

i used to think the same, doesn't look as good as the mk2, doesnt drive as good etc etc but now i've driven several it's really starting to grow on me. My only real complaint is drivers legroom, i seem to be forever bashing my left leg on the centre console and then on the light switch getting in and out.

They drive really well, better than previous focus's in my opinion, totally love it and can't wait for the ST!

& as for technology, auto main beam, traffic sign recognition, blind-spot monitoring, lane guidence, stop-start, dab stereo, keyless entry, bluetooth the list is endless....
