Does anybody know of, or can recommend a decent shop that isn't too expensive.

I basically have two patchs about 5-6 inchs that was just minor scuffs when I bought the car but have turned into complete bare patches of paint on the front bumper to the side of the number plate and the back right wheel arch.

Id like to get them sorted, but without paying OTT.

Spoke to a woman on the phone and she told me to pop down next week. Gonna go Thursday to meet someone called Alex? He's the quoter apparently.

they are one of the bodyshops on our network, i work for the largest privately owned fleet company in the uk.

these guys are more like friends to me instead of just a repairer.

Oh fair enough.

They quoted me £300 to do the rear bumper and front bumper and would polish out two key lines on the bonnet for free for cash.

Do you think thats a decent price? I havent got time atm but will try and upload a few pics later.

I spoke with Alex, he had a lovely black eye lol. Then another guy, with a bald head came out. They gave me a card with Paul Stokoe, Bodyshop manager on it.

Hmm £300 we charged a bloke £300 to paint a front and back bumper and 2 wings on a st200 mondeo

Blimey, I thought it was a little steep tbh as its a patch on the front bumper to the right of the number plate if your looking at the car front on and a scuff that goes along the top of the back right hand wheel arch then a patch at the end of the scuff.

Nether was my fault but have both got worse.

Most bodyshops charge between £100-150 per panel, IMO you pay for what you get.
