my standard s2 escort that i killed on way home from classic ford show.

so i bought a zvh engine spec=
2.1 zvh
ross racing custom made forged low comp pistons
faradon h rods
lightened balanced bottomend
acl bearings
arp bolts through out
group a head-ported polished gas flowed for the engine
vernier pulley and piper t2 agressive cam



also got a new turbo from cr turbos a hybrid with cossie housing ect ect


and this is progress so far

Looks good and should deliver the goods but why ZVH? Might as well have used the Zetec which has a good head from the off, saves a fortune getting the CVH head flowing properly.

gunna do gear box once i have ran in.

i chose zvh cos to me if i was gunna build a big power zetec id do it in a focus or summit least with zvh still got zvh plus this is my first conversion so just taking it easy

should be rapid. i love the cvh, esp these ridiculous power ones like christain, tony ect but the zvh is a good way to get the grunt via cc's and in a small part cost. must cost a fortune to build a 300hp 1600 cvh.

like a twat i unbolted the block today and left gear box n shafts in place i just cant get the fucking gear box to mount to the engine wish i had stripped it all out
