Default MOT fail?

Got a chip in my screen with in the drivers view, is any damage here a fail or is it ok long as its less than 10mm??

If its in zone A, it must fit in a 10mm diameter circle, in zone B, it must fit in a 40mm circle, anywhere else is an advise

get it fixed for free on your insurance.

Saying that, the rip off insurance cunts are withdrawing seperate windscreen cover in a lot of cases so a new windsreen constitutes a full claim!!
