Default 2wd centre prop bearing/donut.....

......would a worn one of this make the car vibrate like crazy at 70mph?
Mine doesn't seem to be the sturdiest, and the car is undrivable at cruising speeds now.
Also vibrates a fair bit while taking off from a stand still.

Is there a way of replacing them, or is it a new prop job?

Yes it can make it vibrate and as you saying it comes back at higher speed you need this sorted. It can be very dangerous but at least its not a one piece,I had one come off at 95mph on a mk1 escort and I truly bricked it !!
Pretty sure you can just get a replacement, not sure if you need it balancing up after.I dont think so but I would find more info out.
EDIT
Hmmm read this

Thanks for that, that seems to be about the 4x4 link donut though, I'm pretty sure it's the one that hold the diff up to the body thats knackered on mine

Easy to change their is a bolt in the joint that you undo and it splits. I changed the rubber at the same time real easy to do.

Mine was about 30 quid I think. Must admit though it didn't make any noticeable difference at all. Old bearing although real old was fine
