Bmw e46 m3 csl
What are these like compared to the normal M3, driven a few normal E46 and liked them, but the CSL just looks so much more special.
Anyone owned one? What are they like to live with.
Just considering a few options.
Regards Rob

Well worth an ask but he'll probably see this. He's had plenty awesome cars through the years from cossies to evos, 22B blah blah. And LOVES the csl. I've been out on track in it and it's fantastic. The noise is immense
Only SMG though if you're bothered...

owned both, and the csl is a completly differnet car to drive. they are a must have car and would be to hard to decribe how good they are! if you can afford get one now as soon, i'd guess the higher milers will be 30k and low milage cars 45k! and even at that money there worth its. as the next step up from a csl is a 997 gt3.

How did you find the driving characteristics? compared to a standard M3?
Exactly what I wanted to hear.

Looks great fun on track, SMG seems more than up to the job
Sounds Stunning, can not think of many cars that sound like this for the price.
Agree Glenn

im not a bmw lover by far but the csl is in a different planet to the m3 there just brilliant i cant find a bad thing to say
Glad ive asked a few questions, the standard M3 just seems to lack something not sure what it is though still a nice car.
Im hoping on a test drive it meets my expectation and I never want to stop driving it
Cheers Jay
