just fitted my bigger brake conversion to my golf vr6, then we came to bleeding the brakes. the drivers side bleeds fine and you get a nice flow of brake fluid. the passenger side when pumped releases no fluid from the caliper nipple. we have blown the rubber brake hose through and through the caliper, all is clear.
now we tryed to bleed the ABS unit, the nipple closest to bulkhead bleeds fine, the nipple closest to the exhaust manifold no brake fluid comes out of it. so we tryed to bleed the nipple on the master cylinder and no fluid comes out of it when pumped.
we have come to the conclusion the master cylinder is blocked, there was a lot of gunk in the brake resivoir like mayonaise thickness but wouldnt this go through the system usually when pumped? any other ideas?
