Who needs Rolling roads and hub dyno's when you have Tony's arse Dyno
I was cock on with my arse dyno figures
The Turbo technics T38 is mightier that the sword and a t4 lol
I believe Fraiser has had figures from awesome gti at about the same as he got last time form wgt
So the tall one is still the champion ALDI FTW

Johns fuel leaning issues have been cured afr was 12.2 big up to the mapper lol
however they have been replaced now with spark blow out issues at 6700
so Oh tall one your win is only temporary

just as it comes on peak power the spark fucks off
so dodgy coil, leads crank sensor etc etc
we had to drop the boost right down
fix one problem and find 5 more lol

johns peak power with his cam selection is 1k higher than yours and it is at this point it has set itself a safety limiter
it is quite specific even with lower boost

it was about the same as last time
last time the run was aborted as it went lean at 6700
this time it had a self made rev limit which progressively got worse and worse

probably but it was a shoot out day and the power figures weren't of concern the run faults were, so we were using the hub dyno to monitor the data in an attempt to rectify the problem
which appears to be spark blow out
so power runs on it were aborted and I didn't have a new WS ford coil to try in my pocket

there definately the best tony, so much better for tuneing imo, why do they use 1.18 though on rwd cars it baffles me ?
theres plenty of evidence so suggets 1.08 to 1.1 is as correct as it can get. heres a alpina bi turbo bmw

http://www.rri.se/popup/performanceg...p?ChartsID=832

that works out tcf about 1.085 to get correct engine power.

couldnt you of put the coil of ur poooous on it lol

with a coil on each plug the japs ive had so far never have any spark issues, touching wood here

the poous is COP
I suspect we possibly have rf interference affecting the pectel 8injector p8 they can be moody like women
looks like we will be fitting the pectel t6 sick of pissing about with emulators and antique laptops and eproms on these webers
John already has one in his box of spares
so T6 it is
and I have no idea why they use 1.18 1.10 is what i used on 4i's but that was a session I booked for this car only not a shoot out day
the hub dyno is far better that RR for mapping couldn't agree with you more
waste of time trying to map on RR if it's over 300 bhp and turbo'd for evey 1 minute of mapping time there is 1 hour of cooling the engine down time lol

why not
what is the surprise here is the amount of power the Turbo Technics TT38 can actually make in the right hands
even I was supprised firstly by frasers and then yours
it was originally rated at 440

496bhp and 445ft-lb at the fly.
459bhp at the wheels.
What was the greenhouse figure at the hubs?
I also had a few issues with misfires at the top end on the 2nd and third run, but I think mine is just tired plugs.
