The guy that owns QPR & Air Aisa owns caterham. He bought it last year when he sold the naming rights for Lotus F1 back to Lotus.

What?!? They most certainly didn't! Currently Lotus don't have a pot to piss in and all development for new models is on hold
Tony Fernandez owns Caterham and has a fair amount of the folding to invest, along with QPR, air Aisa and other businesses he's pretty busy lol
