Default Strange Noises when Cornering

Can anyone suggest a potential cause for this?

When I turn left, the right suspension (think its the suspension anyway) creaks like a whore's legs opening any ideas what it could be and how to fix it... car has been lowered BTW.... want to get these niggly problems sorted as gonna sell the car in next two months....

P.S. it doesnt happen all the time....

may be worn driveshaft!! Does it make a noise on full lock when turning really slow?? What kind of noise?? Is it a bit of a clunky sound??

If it does it when driving slow I doubt its the suspension or bushes. If only does it when you drive fast then prob the shock or bushes as said.

no noise on full lock, only when moving, not necesarily (spelling) when going fast just when the car leans when turning left.... mainly at about 10-40 mph

lol its not a case of being lazy... Relate the Dodgeball line " as much use as a cock flavoured lollypop" and apply that to my mechanical abilities!
