Default Turbo/ manifold temperature ?

How hot will a turbo / manifold get I've had mine glowing before but in degrees realistically how hot is it going to be
Low comp cvh t3 if it makes any difference

What I'm getting at is the cold side
Of my turbo rests on the exhaust manifold and basically I made some spacers up today to stop this as we were punching brass at work I thought I'd use that as its soft will take up any imperfections it the turbo/ manifold faces and give a good seal But reading up Depending on what type of brass it is melting point is about 900 degrees.
hasn't cost me anything just thought I'd see what you all thought before things go wrong
