Have had a difficult couple of years, was close to calling it a day tbh, but my beautiful wife Mandy has talked me round and my pal Mark has given me the encouragement to get my ass into gear and make the old girl back to what she was - THE best sleeper out there, watch this space

That's the figure Mark has predicted, but he's always on the conservative side
This turbo will not be equivilent to the GT35r in terms of out right horse power, but will have much faster spool-up and better torque He wants to change the exhaust cam for a far more aggresive one like Rod's as the twin scroll will allow this and hopefully help with increasing the torque figure
The eventual plan is to go for the EFR 9180, so we're not wringing the neck of the turbo but have some in reserve

Len has the box I used to use (Quaife big tooth straight cut kit), but I now have a Tremec TKO600 in her. I had my old box reconditioned for Lenny as part of the deal

Only one EVO graph on the net & thats over a year ago the t4 twin scroll version is simply not available at the mo. Its been comming next month for a year now so im not holding my breath. Mark thinks they will arrive soon but i was reading on the net September/October is a more likely date. I hope hes right or im in for a long wait.

ive found one on sau forum
2.0 4 cylinder Type-R Integra running pump gas with an overlay from 21psi runs done with a GT3582R (orange dotted line), EFR8374 (blue line), then EFR9180 (orange dot/dash line):
according to that is should easily match a gt40 for spool and respond quicker but flow upto 14 lb more air.

Yes the T3 9180 is easy to get, its the housing that is the hold up,
Better not say anymore I may get another infraction.

Yeah, got every thing ready to fit mate, only have to mod the tunnel, get the pedal box out to modify for the hydraulic clutch, fit the master cylinder and reservoir, adapt the prop to fit the Tremec box, then sundries like getting a speedo cable made, and FINALLY fitting some gauges, had all of Rods instrument gauges for the last five years, so really have to get them fitted, most of them are essential for engine safety tbh. I've put it off and put it off, but realise they are a neccessity when things are right on the ragged edge....

I lived with the GT35 for 5 years so I think the 9180 has to be the best route for me to take, it'll probably spool up quicker anyway with the amount of boost Mark runs

more results in this is 100% t4 1.05 a/r twin scroll efr 9180
info pasted in here
Got my new sleeved block finished up and threw in a BorgWarner EFR9180 (T4, 67mm, 94lb/min) turbo. It spools faster than my old 67mm BW 82lb/min turbo and makes much more power. At 21psi - wastegate pressure, it made 607whp. I ran 33psi on the dyno today and stopped there because my dried up 2007 STi oem tires weren't holding the car to the rollers.
2006 WRX Wagon
Benson sleeved, self built 2.5 long block
EFR9180 - 1st and only Subaru in the US to run this turbo (Thanks FULL RACE!)
after changeing his tyres and getting it to stop spinning on the rollers heres the final dynoplot apparantly at the hubs, its dynojet but either way looks impressive to me
i have watched the dyno run aswell and the run is very short theres not much load on it like a dynapack or engine dyno would make which i think makes it appear laggier than it really is.
