Im after replacing the centre part if my dash in my fezz ( take out the heater controls fog light switches, etc ) but dont know what to do , im wanting to put a alloy plate over it wraping round then have my gauges and switches cut into it , has anyone else made there own , i cant seem to cut a nice straight edge with my thin bladed grinder

i think ill have to go to a engineers and give my measurments and see what they can do for me .


Show me some pics of what people have done to there dashes in there mk3 , shame u cant but something off the shelf

any thoughts ?

Go blue Peter style and make it out a cornflakes box then get it cut and bent with a gillitene and bender

Should be fairly cheap.

that might have to be an option but i did try and do it my self with some alloy but have not got the tools to do a PROPEEEEEEER JOB , my lines are all over the place , plus the alloy want really polish that well , need some proper stuff
