PassionFord Post Whore!!
Piece off piss you can old school a paint mark on crank and I used a spanner on the cams as it locks into back off the camshafts! Very easy to do and kits are only 50 quid, however IF you need to change the sprockets you will probaly need the tool to align the cam trigger up correctly, but again with a bit off care they can be done without!

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
iTrader: (2)
They all go at some point and most that go early are always down to oil issues mainly wrong grade as upto 06 they should be 10w40 and after it's 5 w30 and every one we do the owners don't know what's in there!!! And they really do need the locking kit especially for the cam trigger also they modded the cams and some kits come with the modded sprockets and you need to use the old washers as shims on the new sprockets!! But they are straight forward enough and there's plenty of room in there but remember to replace all gaskets and seals Inc crank but if you buy a good kit you will get everything you need anyway?
