I haven't fitted uprated ones but have removed the standard ones, I just put car on ramps and supported sump with trolley jack, I then unbolted the mounts and lifted the engine a bit was not a problem, I can't remember if I removed one side at a time though as been a while, as I also did similar when I removed my sump as had to jack the engine up then to get it out. Shouldnt take long to do though

DO NOT just put the jack on the sump............... it WILL result in an oily mess mate

use a nice rubber block between the jack and sump, or soft wood. on the front of the sunp also, not the bowl at the back

Yes mate the more area off the dump you can cover the better! Or when I did mine I slid engine crane in and lifted it up just enough if you can borrow one?

Yes I forgot that bit I used a piece of 3/4 plywood under the sump, I never jack any part of my car without wood and have a large collection of off cuts in the garage for this purpose. I have recently bought an aluminium low entry jack and having used it a couple of times think it is superb as I no longer need to remove the front bumper to get under the front. One of the best tools I have invested in for a while.

Good luck mat, just do one at a time as it's easier to correct any mistakes then.
As their remanufactured parts I'd leave the bolts ever so slightly loose until your 100% happy with their alignment and then tighten, after all thats probably the first time they've ever been removed from the car and if some strong belgian overtightened/cross threaded them back in 1987 then there maybe some fun putting them back.
Id line every bolt up first fingertight then tighten opposites first to make sure they all go together smoothly.
Not insulting your intelligence but I've been caught out on cars like this before when the part may have been modded at the factory to fit then you go to change it and you think "eh???".
I worked for a ford assembly plant so I know what goes on!!!!
