As their remanufactured parts I'd leave the bolts ever so slightly loose until your 100% happy with their alignment and then tighten,after all thats probably the first time they've ever been removed from the car and if some strong belgian overtightened/cross threaded them back in 1987 then there maybe some fun putting them back.
Id line every bolt up first fingertight then tighten opposites first to make sure they all go together smoothly.
Not insulting your intelligence but I've been caught out on cars like this before when the part may have been modded at the factory to fit then you go to change it and you think "eh???".
I worked for a ford assembly plant so I know what goes on!!!!
