As soon as it says don't use ask the seller a question and email direct, you know it's a scam / fake ad.

And given that the account sells on average 4 items per week I don't see how he/she is too busy to answer questions.

It's not unusual and not hard to pay off outstanding finance.
It is very unusual NOT to state how much extra the outstanding is, if it was a real ad that is.
