I know how you drift a car, but looking at some of the vid thats had been put up a couple of days ago I'm still kinda confused what the point of drifting is.

So they hold compeitions, solo and a bunch together, but what are the rules? Do they judge it like some ice skating competition where a bunch of judges score them? And why do two do it together?

Just a couple of questions.

Yes, judges, usually 3 or 4, judged in a similar wayto ice skating etc etc yea as basicly its whos the best showoff...

Style, speed, difficulty, length, and keeping it continuous (ie non stop round the entire track rather than just on the corners) etc etc

2 at once is twin drift, which is bloody hard, a seperate competition, judged roughly the same tho, can be just competing together (which is same as solo but also score for keeping as close as poss), or against each other (where they out-do each other, same as solo rules but also the front one trying to get away from the rear one, and so on, and usually 2 laps, take it in turns to go in front.
