How the hell do I make it al work I have an escos metal heater matrix water pipe and a 4x4 thermostat housing but can't make it work as is,
Is a 4x4 sapph pipe

 

Mines 2wd and I had to custom it, what about chopping the bend on the thermostat and 90 degree silicon hose

 

Either use a Saff metal pipe with your thermostat housing or fit a thermostat housing from a big turbo Escort and get a silicon u bend pipe from roose

You can see in this pic that the big T thermostat housing has the outlet pointing in the opposite direction to allow the water to flow to the chargecooler

 

I took a length of silicone from 2wd housing and went the long route.

i think im going to run mine round the strut top and back to the housing rather than going between the hot turbo and the head
