It's purely for the fact that when I ever want to strip and clean I can easily take poly bushes out..

The trailing arm bushes should only be replaced with standard or the GGR remakes Mat, apparently they don't last long and give more NVH through the car etc

Agree with what has been said, I have heard they are a mare to remove, but it's well know these are best replaced with the Ford bushes, incidentally lesser models used traditional rubber bushes so it must have been done for good reason.

IMO, polybush, diff , beam mounts and ARB at the rear, this is what I plan to do.

So what should I poly bush then... Just beam and use standard for trailing arms...?

diff mount
beam mounts
poly

the trailing arms "should" really have the fancy ones but realisitcally the only way forward would be a 6 debree rear beam

you'd just need to get it set up every time you pulled it apart to bufty it though

Can poly bush beam and arb.as said leave the trailing arm bushes well alone. Will steer from the rear more than usual if you do the arms as well. THink you can get an uprated diff mount as well.

I've got a MSD diff mount to go on... Poly bushes for beam... I'll ring GGR up tomorrow and get there replacement bush's if ploys are going to make it steer from the rear...

Fitting the GGR bushes is the fit and forget solution Mat, but they're very expensive! If you've considered a 6deg beam then where the rose joints would be fitted would save you money on the bushes

Ive also heard loads of people saying about not to polybush the trailing arms.

How hard are the proper bushes to get out. Also why are they so bloody dear too.

They're not just a bush, as the poly replacements. Theyre a spherical bearing (rose joint) in side. As per the standard items, hence the cost
