The trailing arm bushes should only be replaced with standard or the GGR remakes Mat, apparently they don't last long and give more NVH through the car etc
Agree with what has been said, I have heard they are a mare to remove, but it's well know these are best replaced with the Ford bushes, incidentally lesser models used traditional rubber bushes so it must have been done for good reason.
IMO, polybush, diff , beam mounts and ARB at the rear, this is what I plan to do.

Can poly bush beam and arb.as said leave the trailing arm bushes well alone. Will steer from the rear more than usual if you do the arms as well. THink you can get an uprated diff mount as well.

I've got a MSD diff mount to go on... Poly bushes for beam... I'll ring GGR up tomorrow and get there replacement bush's if ploys are going to make it steer from the rear...
I poly bushed the back of my saph last time and to be fair it's not as bad as people make out. Having said that, it will be getting the proper bushes this time round.
Mat don't hold me to this, but..... I might have a brand new set of trailing arm bushes at home after all Rofl ill have to go look in the loft tomoz as I've fitted polys now, so don't order anything just yet ok... Like I said not promising out

Fitting the GGR bushes is the fit and forget solution Mat, but they're very expensive! If you've considered a 6deg beam then where the rose joints would be fitted would save you money on the bushes
i pollybushed the whole back end including trailing arm, alloy beam mounts and ggr diff mount and arb and mine handle fine, not paying 160 notes for 2 bushes fuck that!!
