Wrong.

cmax is belt driven and mondeo is chain. mondeo is a ford engine and the cmax is a peugeot engine.

No real problens with the cmax though, great cars!

Had mine for 6 months, no problems except front bulbs have had to be changed, strange moment the other day when it sort of lost power ( no fault codes?) They are heavy on tyres on the front though.

we have had ours just over a year, buts its a 57 plate 1.8 petrol with 17k miles. we have done about 10k in it.

the panoramic glass roof is quite cool, its had a pair of front tyres a few months back, but its just pissed through the mot with no problems.

the only one thing we have noticed is that when pulling away from cold mostly, it seems to loose all power then you rev it a bit more and its fine?

no fault codes etc and it doesnt do it every time.

its been back to ford and they just said to use a better quality fuel. we tried running it on esso for a few tanks and it made no difference so it just fed via the supermarkets still.

doesnt help at all with the diesel engine lol, but they seem an ok car.
