Paypal is an online bank account m8. You can send and withdraw money via it, it takes about 3 - 5 working days to transfer money from paypal to your bank account. If you pay by paypal, the seller receives notification intantly, then it's up to him / her to send the item out, but, a set of wheels, i'd rather collect (as i did and was very happy), don't get me wrong, the wheels may arrive as stated, but that's one hell of a gamble m8.

5 - 7 working days for the money to hit your bank account once withdrawn not 3 - 5 days as Dan said! More often than not i have found it is 7 days not 5!

I sent a payment to a someone in the UK on 20 Feb and the status is showing as 'Unclaimed'.

Does this mean the money is not in his account as yet or is it something else?

If it is showing as 'unclaimed' then he hasn't acnowledged recipt of it and it won't be in his Paypal account yet! Perhaps you need to mail him and tell him its there?

Thanks Spadge,

I've emailed him a good 4-5 times with no answer. Yet on Ebay he's left positive feedback saying that I paid quickly!
