efi cvh turbo 200bhp target what do i need ?
I'm getting a fiesta cvh efi turbo engine in a few months, it has
T3 erst turbo and manifold, and a 165 chip and a air filter, it also ran a pace intercooler. I haven't decided what the engine is going in yet but I'm after a genuine 200bhp from it. The management is ofac so I'm told but other than that ill be doing more research on it all. So guys a list of what I should be getting to hit that target, ill be buying bits when possible.

I don't intend to go mad on a unknown engine so it would get a health check before I went and did the mods. No pics as its miles away and you all know what the efi looks like, plus its not going in a fiesta either.

Yeah a stage 2 T3 (.36/50) will be needed, FMIC, bigger injectors (to be safe as they will be on the limit), suitable chip/remap and doesnt OFAC only have a 2 bar MAP sensor meaning a 14.7psi boost limit?

So with the above parts fitted it should hit 200 bhp ? Is that going to be a high stressed cvh at that output or will it take it in its stride. I don't want it blowing up on me as the engine is going in a standard looking mk6 escort and it will be a daily driver. Thanks for all the info fellas

I don't think 200bhp is overly stressing it if its a good strong engine to start with, just don't go mad hangin the revs and turning the boost up!
The MAP sensor on OFAC is 2.5/3bar iirc, but its the mapping that holds the boost back, you can get the boost limit mapped out or a suitable chip to replace it.
The Powerchip 195 i had in the car, allowed it to peak 16psi and hold 14-15... Went very well 2!
