5k weekend/family car
Hi guys, as above wot would you choose? Gotta be a 5dr aswell for the kid and have decent size boot, only be used weekends so fuel not too much of a issue but want something reliable as its gonna be used for weekends away etc
Got afew cars in mind:
Seat leon cupra r
Renault megane sport
Any other ideas?

Does it need to feel fast?? ....because an E39 530i Sport would be a brilliant option IMO.

Deffo S4 bi-turbo, got the same engine I my a6 and love it! An s4 with a remap and exhaust wil be one hell of a torquey motor.

Its gotta have a reasonable amount of power, ive got a focus st3 at the mo so i want something along that power really

Petrol for me every time. That V6 makes the car what it. Plus it's nicely equipped, handles well for a fairly large FWD car too. Good package IMO

I do agree they are starting to look a little dated, but that engine makes up for it everytime!

+1 big smiles allround, especially in the A6 its a bit of a sleeper as no-one expects it to shift as quick as it does! (mines a manual so no a6 auto bollox) Will only change it for an E46 M3 or S4 Bi-Turbo
