Default can you replace bolts with security type bolts or like locking wheel nuts?

got a nice big chunky nudge bar for my transit and all that holds it on is 4 bolts with 13mm head, any barstuard could steal it in under 5 mins so im not fitting it yet


any options??????

You want some shear bolts ideally but you will struggle to remove it if needed.
If you want it removable there is security torx and hex head bolts avalible.

yes shear bolts look like the possible thing. googling cant see many long ones though these are a good 2 inches or more

just use normal bolts and weld them that way only a grinder will get them off easy for yourself to do but a bit noticeable at 2 in the morning when the thieves fire up the cut off saw

worked a treat on my landy winch bumper

nuts no good, just measured mine 8mm by 70mm total length, ill have to have a look tomorrow and see the minimmum i can get away with, i might just of been given huge bolts with it lol
