Which is the better of the show locations to go to,mantorp park or rudskogen motorpark,I'm looking to hopefully go to one this year, would love to drive over for the road trip but will just have to see how things go closer to the time
Rudskogen is the biggest and most popular show, and whit the new track, who was finish a week before last july gatebil, it`s great. Been there every year since 96
Not sure if the price for this year are ready jet. I use to get ticket from Wurth at work, as they are sponsor of Rudskogen. I`m used to stay in tent or camper, drink some beers and have a look at cars and girls, alot of them lo
Do that, think i only have paid in there two times, rest have been free from wurth. I got the latest Gatebil mag. in post yesterday, and the movie from last year was in it, hope i don`t see myself lo.
Ferry from Newcastle still not back on then...sure there was talk of 2011/12 starting it up again.
Some of the guys on here left from Newcastle in 07 or 08 I think(when it stopped).
I know it's quicker but how long did it take from Newcastle to the track?
It`s more and more people from GB every year now, last year it xcwas some drifters there, whit a big truck, whit Evo`s and Impreza`s
Tommy Field, Martin Hadland and broom was over some years ago. Romain Oppliger, come from Italy whit his wrc escort last year, and will do it again. People from Romania, Holland, Finland, Sweden, America (not whit cars)Japan comes, so it`s just to get ready for a nice trip

We all waiting for these, to start up again, they work whit it.
From Bergen, it`s about 7hours to Rudskogen
I looked at the Newcastle ferry to stavenger I think it was and it was a 21 hour crossing, then another several hours driving the other side plus the drive from Luton to Newcastle, when I looked the Newcastle ferries only sailed Tuesday's and thursdays
There's a group of us (5 so far) going with a little caravan this July to Rudskogen. So at least we have a portable shower and fridge to keep the beer nice and cool on campsite. Will innevitably get shit faced and hopefully sober up enough to race. Can't wait!
Oslo/ Gardermoen airport is your best bet, there are a couple of other small shit airports. But there is no public transport connection to the track so will either need rental car or arrange a lift with someone

theres a dfds ferry mate from tilbury-gothenburg sweden it is a freight boat though so look on thier website other than that there is a ryanair flight from manchester to (rygge) that is closer to rudskogen any other help pm me mate
I think the best option for me if I drive is to go Dover to Calais then drive but then not sure on the other ferry crossing later in the journey or just drive through Denmark to Sweden then into norway
We'll be going from Harwich to Denmark, then driving from there. Its the closest at the moment we can get via ferry, since the Newcastle journey no longer exists
