to undo the drive shafts from the front hubs, which way do you undo the nut??

 

normal thread mate im sure, its the roll bars that have reversed thread on 1 side

 

what size are the nuts as ive gotta undo mine soon
and are they the same on a mk4 cabby?

Nuts with a left hand thread trend to have a "notch" in the corners and there would probably only be a left hand thread on the Left hand side of the car as the rotation of the wheel would tend to tighten rather than Undo the nut.

30mm fronts with a staked slange on the front, and 41mm rears with the passanger side been a left hand thread on the rear.
