Default abs sensor help????

can anyone help me i need to try and remove front abs sensors without destroying them?????

From experience, soaking the sensor in wd40 and a bit of luck! I'm sure there's more accurate ways of doing it though....

I dont know why car companys dont put a bit of grease on them before they put them in.
