All brand new boost water and aux black silicone hoses and loads more to fit... And my AP 6 paddle and 330 4 pots for the front and 300mm rear set up

A query slightly more on topic.
Does anyone actually make modern bolt on turbochargers for Cossies in the 4-450bhp range ?
ie one that will offer full boost around 3k and still make 450bhp ?
There are a few available for Subarus based around GT cores with new billet wheels, and they really work well.
Or are Cossies still stuck with the ancient T-series ?

anything with a T3 flange should fit, may just require a new downpipe

I know anything can be made to fit. That wasnt my question.
It was are any of the companies actually offering any direct replacement modern turbochargers ?
I doubt anyone with a Cossie would want to spend near Ł2k on an expensive custom made turbo for a Subaru then adapt your manifold again to make it fit.
Or is the market just too small for the Cossies these days ?

The main reason i kept the 4wd manifold was so I could keep the standard heatshield , but also it helps resopnce at the cost of a little at the top end but you can still see 500 bhp on the 4wd manifold.
I found that I had less lag on the GT30 than on the T34.63 that was on the car but i also changed the exhaust cam and inlet cam timing at the same time. That and good mapping and setting up between Sitech and MSD.

A modern unit that bolts on without any fabrication work that will offer full boost by about 3k and still have the ability for say 450bhp.
Nowhere did I say 600bhp
Something basically to perform better than the typical T34 in every way, spool faster and make more power. As a simple and easy first step upgrade that would cover most buyers.

Gt30 needs very little effort to fit, just fit a v band for downpipe basically.
Might even be possible to spec with the cosworth 3 bolt backend.
Not much point targeting new products at cossies now in the grand scheme of things, small worldwide Market even though still popular here.

Direct bolt on Chip on both 2wd and 4wd manifold, the oil drain is a bit of a pain on 4wd but it does go. I seen 440 bhp and was seeing over 1 bar by 3000 rpm on the road with a low comp engine.

So what is the story with 4x4 gearboxes then I've been lead to believe that there too soft and can't handle power but when I got a red saph last year tht had done 280k mile with a 500 touring car spec engine it still had a standard 4x4 box n diffs in it, so when I called up graham Goode to talk about the car I queried that and he says has had standard box all it's days and was strong enough for 480bhp?
