why do people use this when doing big hp engines?
Is there so much better flow in them ?

I'm here thinking of the MAD 520hp in the performance ford mag?

Cheers Kennert

Yes.....but its still capable of flowing around 430bhp!!!The 4x4 is a 460ish bhp plenum/elbow.
