Default rear wheel drive mk3 fiesta?

hi, i am looking for a long term project and i think this is it. I am in the process of building a zetec turbo and i would like to eventually have it rear wheel drive.
i've been told that it may require the rear suspension turrets modifying, is this right? who has actually done this?

also which gear box should i use and how will i mount the engine?

another point, what steering rack will i need as the standard 1 will then fould the engine/box.

I think i would use the mkII escort prop, axle and transmission tunnel.

i have no real idea of this project so any help is greatly appreciated!

IMHO If you have so little knowledge then forget it unless you are prepared to pay someone to do it all.

It will need extensivly modifying and the rear turrets being just one of the mods needed so yes. MEF (off here) did this to a Mk3 about 10 years ago The car now lives in Ireland
