Default Crankcase breather?

Is this the small black box that has 3 pipes going to it, one to the airbox, a very short one to the top of the rocker cover and one to the bottom of the inlet?

Do they come apart as i want to clean it as it looks full of sh*t! Cleaned the pipes on it

Cars an xr3i efi by the way

Not really noticeable. But best to renew to stop any higher crankcase pressures.
