Mark had said about poor manufacture on the FPR but after speaking with Harvey he said as long as you buy the genuine Aeromotive they are fine so this is what I have fitted to my car.

Ive got a welded -6 inlet on the rail and a std 4x4 regulator (part of the rail) works for me.
Old regulator had a -6 fitting in the base but the reg died, ive now got a std 1 with a jubilee clip but as its not under pressure thats fine.

Most of the problems I have seen is when running over 3bar fuel pressure and over 2 bar boost they stop increasing pressure,
I do not recomend them at all, these problems I have been seeing with them dates back over 5years and stilll see the same problem today,
There pumps are good there regs are not in my experiance.

Standard regulators in good condition are well upto the job - just not as easy to aeroquip, and don't look as bling!

Nothing, my car will be using a rs500 plenum and twin entry rs500 fuel reg
they're very reliable if they're good to start.

ive both welded and brazed fittings onto standard fuel rails,, and i would 100% say DONT weld them,,, but brazed are fine! (they are type different processes and shouldnt be confused with each other)
the standard rails are made out of the shittest material known to man,, and can become porous when welded

That surprised me Paul, the reg I'm Inlet and regulator I'm using was on a track and road car used regularly for three years and never had an issue! I'll let you know how I get on!
