Default When’s the next track day?

After the success of Bedford

Has anyone got anything else lined up in the pipeline in the way of a similar venue? Not necessarily at Bedford either.
Not meant as a car show either tho the more the merrier, more a track day for all these peeps that want another go, or for those who wished they had gone now
I’m sure there would be enough interest? If the prices can kept low then I'm sure it’ll be a winner aswell

ps, can we have it over 87.5 db tho

Croft I’m not so keen on only cos of the distance, raced there yrs ago n I rem it takin ages to get there n that was with a bike in a van

I will be keeping me eyes out for a few venues this yr tho, winging it around a track take some beating for sure

Dave, Brunters ol scool will be a deffo must tho Should be some serious RWD fun there
Talkin of which, I best get booked up b4 its all sold out lol

Wyn - your car went really well mate

We followed you in the Metro for a while, and your car looks so good drifting out the corners

Should of come over and introduced myself - you had the old style 15" MOs off my rally car.....

Lol, That little metro rocks tbh I was following it at times latter in the afternoon just to try learn the line better, but I couldn’t pass it Me thinks the driver had previous track/race experience lol
I do rem them rims rich, I bought yours but sold em on almost straight away tho, as I found a set of TH 16’s that I just had to have. Shame tho cos I’m told I cant get low profile slicks now for 16’s ? Be interested if someone knows otherwise!
Maybe next time myself I’ll be a little more sociable n take time out to talk to a few of the other drivers.
For me at the time tho I was more intent on getting in as many laps as poss, fooking ace day n I would do it all again tomorrow if I could

Roll on the next track day

Rich would appreciate it
I saw the focus estate there n that had what looked like very low profile slicks, or weren’t they?
If I can find 16" slicks with an equivalent of about a 45 series profile then I’m sure they would do me. Think any higher would rub the bodywork?

Hi Wyn

I can't get hold of any 16" touring car slick all i can get hold of are 13's/15's/17's/18's

are you on about these

these are 190-570-15 ideal on 7"/8" wheels, they will over hang on a 6"x15"

cheers marco

Yep those were the wheels/tyres I was looking at.
No worries about the tyres tho, but do you know if a 16” low profile slick is available as such?

It would need to be an equivalent to a normal 45 series if poss?
I have a few 16" slicks here but they are more like normal road 70/80 series in profile

190x580x16, would that be anything near it?

Alex
Excuse my ignorance but I saw a few cars there with what certainly looked like slicks? The above focus for one n I believe a few others that were on 17’s?
Maybe they weren’t slicks as such tho? But an equivalent?
