Default Snap on tools.

I'm after a new toolbox and fancy a snapon box just thinking is it possible to get them and pay monthly or do u have to work in a garage to pay monthly? The one I'm looking at is £1500.

you could get a 0% credit card and stick it on that and then pay that off in instalments?

You dont have to work in a garage to pay monthly... just get the number for your local dealer and have a chat with him... also might be worth your while asking him what secondhand boxes he has!!

You may be able to get a better box for less by buying a good used one tbh mate.

I payed nearly 2k for my one, went to sell it a few years down the line and I got offered £400 and it's in good condition!!

The dealer will happily sell you a 2nd hand box because as soon as you step inside that van all you will want to do is fill it with lots and lots of really shiney Snap On tools It's a dangerous place to be

i personally dont see the attraction to the snap on stuff, it is good, but christ its expensive! im not convinced that in contrast with other tools on the market the snap on stuff is worth what it costs.

They do seem expensive but iv had a sealey box, which is crap, a halfords professional one that fell apart and a draper one which wasn't much good so thought I'd try a snap on

Snap on is the best but that comes a price. Years ago there was nothing other than Mac tool to rival them , however these days there is a few good lesser brands that make snap on look expensive.

Snap on tool boxes , sockets and spanners are the best and I would always buy these but for other tools I'm not so sure anymore

Being in a Snap On van is like a kid in a sweetie shop but I'm older and wiser now, Used to spend half my wages in there, just glad I don't need to start building a tool kit again
