Ive been looking a bike as a runaround. Problem is he has no v5 or reg. The bike has engine and frame number an i have thease. Is there anyway i can find out online or?? Ive been told dvla will not tell me and the only way to find out is if a copper checks the system ?? If anyone can get the reg from the numbers i have will be for a free beer at a show next year

do a hpi check on chas number it will then tell you the details of reg etc

Why the hell would someone have a bike with no v5 and that doesn't know the reg???

easy, i bought a road quad with no v5 or plate the other day,lucky its got an old taxdisk so i can get a v5 easy

coppers are only people ive know to do it, usually on bike i had poking out the back of my mk3 cabriolet lol

you could ask and the desk in the cop shop, ask to have a squit at their monitor never know, tell em you want to know if its legit
