Default Another ebay scammer details inside

over a month ago a friend sold these girling calipers new old stock to ebayer thekingsclereman
PETER WARWICK
2 ELM GROVE

KINGSCLERE, NEWBURY, BERKSHIRE RG205RD

he paid via paypal he sent recorded to the address on the invioce and sent tracking number to him.
he promptly messged back why you sent them there thats not my address
friend rechecked invoice and that was his address

friend told him this he said ebay has made a mistake

we viewed his items he was selling vehicles and his contact details was also this address
''scam 1''
so friend told him this he then said he stores cars there its not his address so friend said stop trying it on if you store cars there its your address and they will leave calling card for you to collect parcell

he recived them and messaged back saying they are not girling there repos and he wants some money back not all of it though just some friend said no scammer opened a case ebay found in his favour.
so he sent back old ones not even the same and still wet paint old rusty calipers ''see pics''
friend contacted ebay and told them he had proof pics and was contacting the police about this fraud.
then ebay then found friend in favour on apeal and reversed refund. we think he has done this before so beware... now blocked him from bidding on our ebays it would be wise to do this
sorry for the rant but cu**s like this piss me off
look at the pics
new old stock ones sold on ebay colour is what they were cast genuine girling calipers

and old rusty ones crudley painted in gold the above are not painted

the cheap gold paint on the junk he returned is still wet very rubbish attempt to scam.
if ebay did not come good in end we was all set for a long drive.
the dirty ba**ard should be baned from ebay.
would hate for it to happen to someone else but unfortunatly its a scam becoming more popular
and if you dont ring ebay direct and demand action they do nothing

I've practically given up on Ebay, it's saturated with pricks out to rip people off, and it's becoming increasingly hard to tell the difference.

I don't buy off of anyone who hasn't taken the time to write out a full description and who can't spell. I also check buying history to see if they've ever bought anything of any worth. 9 times out of 10 Ebay are shite at resolving anything and the feedback system no longer works.

ebay is shit, there only in it for them selfs! stupid final value fees, you have to use paypal so they can take a percentage.. ironic as paypal is a ebay company.. but as soon theres a problem they just refund the money and think thats fine..

it is bullshit but where else can you find such a wide range of car parts..
