a few years ago my car was hit from behind by a drunk driver,he got a 5 year ban and a £1000 fine (3rd time caught)anyway a couple of years later i saw this man staggering around a shop looking for his car keys before i could grab him he jumped into a car and drove off .i phoned the police gave them the reg make and model and where he lived and i was told by the person at the police station that there was bugger all they could do as they did not have the man power
