Broke my propshaft today whilst doing a rally!!

Default Broke my propshaft today whilst doing a rally!!

Gutted, was out doing a stage rally today, the prop sheered off on ss3, at the gearbox end as well where it jions the yoke! Anyone else had this?

I can remember when wenny twisted and snapped the front prop shaft on rhe royal nail after his first launch of the weekend.

been there done that !!!

though i got mine before it broke, I was changing from a synchro to a dog box, came to slide the prop in and it wouldnt go in far enough, looked down the splines and had a big kink down them lol

I was reading today that the prop is like a fuse, if you enlarge it then something more expensive might break

Rich, was that prop fully engaged? Looking at that pic it looks like no more then half ?
