i own a saff 4x4 running stage 3 only got the car in july , it had been fully rebuilt and when i bought it i still had to run in the engine i have done about 800 miles since and driving very carefull the boost is still turned right down , so since rebuild it has done roughly 1600 miles but the engine is now starting to sound weird like a dry rough sound not knocking but like its got no oil in it but it has , its hard to explain sound from engine but it has certainly got a lot louder since last 100 miles any ideas what this could be ? it seems to be running fine still.. do you think i need to put thicker oil in it now i am not sure what oil goes into it after it been run in after rebuild ? any advice would be most appreciated
