ECU questions???
hello im running a 2.0 zetec E from a mondeo
in my mk4 fiesta zetec S on the 1.6 ECU!, it runs ok but is really juddery.
Im just wondering if i can use the 2.0 ecu as a piggy back and splice it in to the 1.6, so that the 2.0 runs the engine and the 1.6 does the rest.
Its to save the headache of cramming the mondeo wiring in to the fiesta and the pocket ache of splashing out a small morgage for an aftermarket one.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
You can use the 2.0 ECU, but you will need to work out the difference in the looms and swap the pins in the plug, there is a couple of threads about on here and on escort evolution, though I would have thought there would be differences again between the escort and the fiesta looms.
