Redstuff vs DS2500
Whats people experiences with both of these please.
I need some rear pads and have run the DS2500 (great pad). However, these are £75+ for cossy rear set, and Redstuff are about £38. Is the extra cost worth while ? or should i change ?

I had red stuff pads on the front of my mk5 RS2k, and over heated them at Brands! I very nearly had a Series 1 front end
Took the pads out and they looked like they had shrunk, loads of crazy paving going on.
Got a set of DS2500's now
As above, you will most prob be ok with them at the back, but I would not advise using them on the front, well, not without a lot of brake cooling

Fast Ford snapper
Redstuff are little better than OE
Yellowstuff are uprated, but I can still get fade with them.... def better than OE though.
DS2500, never had fade from them on track or off!
If you use the brakes real hard go DS2500, if you're not as likely to experience fade they're overkill, as extra fade resistance is all they offer in reality.
EDIT, just read its for the rear! Unless you're going mental in something real heavy go for the cheaper option!

Ds2500 always good.
Carbotec Xp8/xp10 also very good
also carbon loraine.
Or mintex 1144
Redstuff usually crap.
EBC green stuff and yellow stuff much better than red, but still a budget pad.

1144 are little better than OEM really.
Yellowstuff are ok as trackday pads IME, greenstuff are just a fast road pad though that people seem to wrongly think are a track suitable pad then call them crap when they dont work well on track, EBC themselves even refer to them as a road pad IIRC!
DS2500 is a really good pad, amazing performance considering how well they work even from cold, I think you would be best off sticking with them.

blue stuff is best ebc brakepad by far i use them in rear's(not for road use though),restuff is standard road pad yellow is not much better .
DS 2500 verygood but best pad is performance friction 01compound wouldent use any thing else rip your face off when you brake
very expensive but last 3x longer than DS 2500
