T45 turbo??
do you think this turbo is suitable for 400bhp?

i know it says it is but i'd like the passionford verdict
as a mate of mine is interested in buying it for his 400bhp conversion on his 2wd saph

Fuck me that ex housing looks tiny (As per most turbo dynamics setups), id say the words "Surge-o-matic" might be appropriate.
As its a TurboDynamics turbo it wont be called a T45 (bizzare name for a turbo far smaller than a T4 anyhow), all their turbos have been called MD535437542 etc etc for years, always starts with MD then a number.
Depending on size of that ex housing id say 400bhp looks more than possible (on the compressor side at least!), wether its any good i dont know.
Oil cooled centre section by looks of it, which isnt a bad thing, just noticed it.
